The Sheffield
Woods Home Owners Association is pleased to introduce our new web site, and
welcome you all to participate in its success. This web site is designed to
make living in Sheffield Woods an even better place to live and enjoy. We
hope you'll find this site and its information convenient, relevant along with
keeping you informed and more involved in the Association's day-to-day
operations.
Sheffield Woods is located on the south
side of Clarksville, Tennessee in the Sango area off of Exit 11. This beautiful
single entry community features 89 homes which are primarily all brick construction
with side facing garages, large wooded lots, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, iron
streetlights and mailboxes.
Sheffield Woods subdivision has an
active homeowners association along with subdivision bylaws that help keep the
sense of community.
This
website is the online resource for the residents of the Sheffield Woods Subdivision.
To access the members only
areas please go to the Message Board and create your account. You may then
sign in to access the protected information such as the Deeds of Restriction,
By-laws and Covenants requests.
We also have a Facebook group page were we can all keep in touch and get up to
the minute news on the happenings in and around Sheffield woods.

may join.
